Attention Employers: New Jersey Child Support Employer Services Introduces Automated Compliance Tools for Income Withholding Orders

New Jersey Child Support Employer Services will be launching the newly automated Income Withholding Order (IWO) functionality designed to help employers meet and manage compliance with New Jersey child support requirements. This new service provides employers and their reporting agents with a central online location to perform child support functions, including receiving, reviewing, and responding to income withholding orders for State of New Jersey employees.

You are required to review and respond to income withholding orders for all your employees required to pay child support and must follow instructions outlined therein.
